Credit and Payment Terms
• Payment terms are Net 30 Days, subject to credit approval.
• Orders from new customers (initial orders) and existing customers who are not credit approved may be required to make payment by EFT or Visa/Mastercard.
• Overdue accounts may be subject to interest charges at the rate of 2% monthly or 26.8% annually.
• Shipments may be suspended without notice for customers with past due accounts.
• Debit memos/deductions from invoiced amounts received at the time of payment will not be recognized, and may result in suspension of credit privileges.
• NSF cheque charge $50.00.
Orders and Pricing
• Minimum order $300.00 net; a surcharge of $15.00 may apply to all other orders.
• Broken carton charge may apply ($4.00 net).
• All prices published in this price list are “Suggested List Prices” and are in Canadian dollars.
• Pricing is tax excluded. GST/HST or any provincial taxes will be charged in accordance with federal or provincial legislation.
• Minimum lead time for pick up orders is 24 hours.
• Telephone orders are accepted; however Advantage Maintenance Products Ltd. (A.M.P.) will not accept responsibility for verbal order errors resulting from orders that are not confirmed by fax or email (clearly marked as "confirmation").
• All samples are charged to the customer’s account until returned in proper resalable condition.
• Custom or special order items cannot be cancelled or returned.
Delivery and Freight
• All orders and back orders are sold FOB A.M.P. warehouse.
• Back orders may be cancelled (excluding special order items), included with the next order or shipped collect by a carrier of the customer’s choice.
• Shortages and damage must be noted on the delivery record. It is the customer’s responsibility to count and inspect (for concealed damages) all goods at the time of receipt. All such shortages/damage must be reported to the carrier immediately and to A.M.P. within 2 business days. Credits or replacement product will not be issued if damage/shortages are not noted on the delivery record.
Returned Goods
• Returns will be considered up to 90 days after invoice date and may be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
• Return freight cost for overstock or incorrectly ordered goods must be paid by the distributor.
• No goods can be returned without written “Returned Goods Authorization” from A.M.P.
• Returned goods must be in original carton, partial or broken cases will not be accepted.
• Returned goods will be subject to an inspection and accepted only if new and resalable or defective as claimed.
Warranty
• A.M.P. warrants that products shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days if used for the purpose intended. There are no other warranties beyond this period.
• A.M.P. liability on defective merchandise is limited to the replacement of defective items.
• At our option/discretion we will repair or replace. Transportation costs are not considered part of warranty. Warranty does not include damage or misused items.
Sizes and Weights
• All sizes and weights stated in the catalogue/price list are approximate and are for reference only.
Private Label & Custom Imprint Program
NOTE: This program does not include spray bottles.
The “Imprints Available” logo in our 2022 edition catalogue indicates that specific items can be custom imprinted under the following terms and conditions:
• Minimum orders apply on all custom imprints. Contact your sales rep or Customer Service.
• Imprint orders may not be combined with imprinted bottle orders to achieve the minimum order value.
• A one-time set up charge is applicable on new imprints.
• A revision charge will apply for any changes to an existing imprint.

Spray Bottle Imprint Program - 24 oz & 32 oz Bottles
Spray bottles can be custom imprinted in one colour under the following terms and conditions:
• The minimum order for custom imprinted bottles is 12 cases. Please refer to our website for current case quantities.
• Imprinted bottle orders cannot be combined with other imprint orders to achieve the minimum order value.
• A one-time silk screen charge is applicable on new imprints and changes to existing imprints.
